bisa,free juga via 3g kalo fring,saya sering pake kok, kalo skype yg native bisa juga dipake telpon,tapi dia bakal nelpon ke nomer lokal,jadinya pulsa yg kepotong adalah pulsa untuk nelpon lokal.Saya sering bgt pake keduanya bergantian
