keknya dulu ane pernah ngalamin juga sis, kebetulan lg dikantor nih jd ga bisa liat menunya, tapi klo ga salah kemaren dulu stepnya gini : unlock display orientasition, posisikan gtab pada posisi 'normal' (kaya baca sambil duduk gitu) terus ikutin langkah calibrasi step by step (klo ga salah gtab dimiring2in sampe pas calibrasinya), trus kalo udah selesai coba deh lock ky biasa trus unlock dan posisikan vertikal/horisontal, semoga normal kembali
