Dari informasi yang saya dapat sih, XL saat ini emang lagi melakukan improvemen dan penambahan kapasitas disisi akses nya. Kalo gak salah malah rencana nya semua jaringan 2G akan di tambah kan dengan 3G. Waktu itu sempet baca release nya di detikcom.
