Untuk status motorola atrix saat ini sudah menjadi handset yg dijual global yang bukan ekslusif bundling AT&T lagi seperti halnya defy yg sudah dijual bebas dari bundling operator. Jadi kemungkinan garansi resmi sini tetap dapat terjadi, tapi itu semua tergantung dari kebijakan motorola Indonesia yg mau atau tidak menjual di sini dimana dari pengamatan, mereka sepertinya masih belum terlalu agresif dalam menghadirkan produk android di sini seperti produsen lainnya yaitu HTC, Samsung & LG. Tak mengerti dengan jelas apa yg menjadi pertimbangan atau kendala di sisi mereka.
