Kalo yg saya baca di gsm arena, yg mereka tuntut ada lah royalti atas software android yg berbasis linux..
Jadi, semua yg pake linux dianggep "nginjak" paten nya microsoft.. tapi ga dijelasin paten yg mana.. (agak ruwet di situ) Kenapa gak sue google? Karena google ga dapet duit dari licensing android.. yg dapet duit kan vendor karena jualan hh Mungkin hal yg sama terjadi kalo di dunia laptop / pc.. yg kena royalti adalah vendor laptop karena jualan laptop pake linux.. kalo microsoft sue ubuntu jg percuma.. krn ubuntu ga jualan software..
