Kalau memang beli barang garandi resmi, ada baiknya complaint ke pihak Samsung Indonesianya...
Kadang kasus FC seperti itu bukan hanya porsi kesalahan si software, bisa juga ada problem di read/write si flash sendiri yang mungkin memang defect di gtab10.1 bro beli. Kalau misalnya dengan reset factory setting saja masih juga FC dll, mendingan langsung minta tuker unit baru (kalau mungkin).
