hahaha namanya customer kan punya harapan terhadap operator yang mereka pakai, tandanya mereka loyal lho itu. Beda dengan customer yang pakai lagi bagus lalu ganti ketika sedang jelek :) jangan sampai gara2 itu dan kita salah ngomong (mereka merasa disalahkan dan diangga[ bodoh karena suka lupa) customer nya malah berfikir untuk memilih operator lain gitu lho kang
