Bro, yang saya usulkan malah "pull" bukan ke "push" oleh gmail. Gmail ada fasilitas untuk tarik dari pop ke gmail. Bagusnya cara ini,
(1) semua email ketika reply akan tampil seseuai dengan domain asal email itu, (2) kapasitas besar, 7 gb yah? (3) kemananan, saya kira sesuai bagaimana kita melindunginya dengan password yang sepadan. Namun jika email tsb memang mengandung info yang sangat sensistif, jadi relatif juga. Dalam server doamin kita kan bisa bocor/diendus juga.
