afaik, google voice, Skype dan sejenisnya masuk kelayanan data. Suatu saat nanti akan terkoneksi kejaringan mobile dan fixed line kalau saja ENUM benar-benar sudah di jalankan. Dan tantangan terbesar untuk hal ini adalah regulator, terutama di Indonesia yang selalu "bias" mengurus hal-hal seperti ini.
