Afaik, jika update ota, biasanya hnya bisa jika rooted phone.. Jika di unrooted, maka sebaiknya juga factory reset dl.. Br bisa update. Hal ini jg byk dialami ama customers sprint di us sana. Krn blm ada stock romnya, maka solusi yg ada hanya di flash ulang di sprint store.. Apa lg, echo blm ada custom rom & custom recovery, jdnya susah..
