salah, defragmantasi dimanapun ada .. tapi tergantung filesystem-nya apa .. defragmantasi terkenal ketika jaman FAT/FAT32 karena metode baca dan tulis-nya yang sequential .. di unix based dan NTFS yang cara penyimpanan datanya udah lebih canggih udah gak perlu defragmantasi lagi ..
