Hero will rise.. ;) Well, things seem to be coming down nicely for Sense 3.5, which we have already seen in a myriad of devices such as the HD2, the EVO 4G, Desire Z, Desire HD, and a few others. Well, it seems that XDA member flashinglights<http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4122279> came across the dump of a new upcoming device called the HTC Pico<http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=3073&c=htc_explorer_htc_pico>, which as its name suggests, is a minimally designed Android device with low budget in mind. The interesting thing about the Pico is the fact that it is loaded with Sense 3.5, which happens to be called Sense Zero for this particular device. Due to having similar specs such as QVGA resolution and ARMv6 processor, a port for the CDMA Hero was successfully achieved (rather found in a Chinese forum). So, along with a few other devs at the Hero section, they decided to rebuild this rom from scratch and have released it for the masses. Long story short, if you still have and use your HTC Hero, you should definitely check this one out.
Needless to say, this port is still in initial stages and because of this, you may find some bugs. However, judging from the comments and reviews, it seems to be rather functional. Who knows? Maybe this port will open the doors for all other old devices and device owners who were dying to get their hands on some Sense 3.5 action.
