Sepertinya ada yg corrupt filenya,saya juga pakai spicagenmod,bukannya custom rom itu butuh ruang sdcard system,app+data,cache,dan dalvik-cache di sdcard ya,kalau enggak bisa masuk stack di recovery mode berarti modul recovery yg corrupt,sebaiknya flash ulang firmware via odin dan rooting ulang.
