Gak juga... Kayaknya perbedaan QoS memang ada... Seperti yg saya cerita, langganan matrix 110rb cuma dapet 254kbps Bukan cuma itu gtalk sering log out.. Pada saat sama, rekan jg punya matrix, yg katanya jg khusus, gak ngerti maksudnya apa.. Yg jelas gtalk dia gak pernah logout. Dan speedtest jg jauh sama punya saya yg cuma 256, lupa berapa.. Tapi kayaknya diatas 2mbps.
Kesimpulan saya.. Isat yg pelit speed, bukan kemampuan jaringan yg jelek.
