Om, kenapa ndak di buat restitusi ^_^ Kemarin operator ane disini bermasalah inet ngadat, gak tanggung tanggung 5 hari.
Sebagai ganti nya, mereka berikan restitusi kepada pelanggan baik post dan pre paid yaitu 500 MB data sampai January 2012 dan free voice call + text. Apakah ada kebijakan demikian di operator indonesia?
