Setuju bahwa mereka memiliki engineer yg jago-jago. Dalam hal transportasipun mereka sudah demikian maju, dimulai dengan proyek kereta super cepat dari airport pudong Shanghai yg bekerja sama dengan Jerman (?), namun setelah itu kerjasama tidak dilanjutkan malah mereka membangun sendiri dengan industri lokal yg kecepatannya sudah melebihi proyek awal.
Jadi dalam IT pun mereka akan cepat sekali melaju kedepan.
