Itu tandanya nggak terdeteksi HHnya sama windows. Biasanya karena driver nggak komplit atau nyambung ke konektor yang bukan usb 2.0. Kalau sebabnya yang pertama sebaiknya coba uninstall kies dan install ulang lagi. Pokoknya sampai kies bisa terdeteksi jalan normal saat dikoneksikan ke windows. Walaupun untuk proses rooting, tidak dibutuhkan kies sama sekali.
