Semua itu pasti masuk billing system.. mau unlimited atau ndak, pasti harus kecatet di billing system, karena untuk kepentingan audit .. setiap byte data yang lewat harus bisa dipertanggung jawabkan, kalo gak bisa dianggap sebagai kebocoran/loss revenue..
