imho yah... soal memaksimalkan OS itu mah urusan Google oom. vendor gak punya kuasa soal ini (selain dr pengembangan custom UI/UX mereka masing2). dan Google juga gak bisa melarang vendor2 utk kenceng2an specs...toh mereka juga yg diuntungkan ujung2nya. di ICS sepertinya Google udah cukup berhasil mengoptimalkan OS mereka dgn adanya full GPU support (yg gak ada di OS sebelumnya).
