Untuk bikin account merchant ga perlu kartu kredit kok, cukup masukin alamat aja. Nanti kalo mau nyairin duitnya harus lengkapin data no rekening bank di negara merchant. Oh ya alamat account merchant dan account developer ga harus sama ya. Misal daftar developer pake alamat Indonesia, pake kartu kredit orang Indonesia, bisa kok daftar merchant pake alamat Singapore ;)
