Saya juga pernah mengalami paket data habis otomatis nyedot pulsa, namun masih dalam range puluhan ribu. Saya sendiri heran apa smartfren itu tidak bisa membuat sistem yang otomatis koneksi Internet mati jika paket data nya habis? Jangan paket data habis terus ngambil pulsa. Saya pikir itu bukan hal yang sulit, toh provider lain pada bisa melakukannya. Atau kah hal ini sengaja dibiarkan agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih walaupun lewat jalur tidak fair?
