Ah indosat emg payah... Entah knp indosat jd ancur2an gini idup gak mau mati pun segan. Dulu no indosat bokap pernah kena error massal yg no gak bs ditelpon, gak bisa telpon, gak bisa cek pulsa, trus pulsa ilang. Pdhl pulsanya msh ada 150an lbh, ane inget bener soalnya ane sempet isiin bokap punya sblm brangkat ke malay ane isiin 300rb, and bokap jg gak pake2 buat telpon, pas pulang ane cek msh ada 150an lbh gak inget pastinya krn ane cmn iseng aja ngecek, eh malah kena musibah yg diatas itu, pulsa raib ntah kmn, gak bs ditelpon, gak bs nelpon. Komplain ke cs, dijelasin blabla dll, ane blg pulsa ada 150an lbh cmn gak inget pastinya, cmn dibalikin 100rb doank pas 100rb doank tok, emg indosat payah. Trus no ce ane pernah gak dpt sinyal bb sama sekali, fyi no ce ane no iseng yg pilih nomor and kebetulan dpt no yg pas ama dia, nah ane nelpon ke cs indosat, ternyata untuk mentari ama im3 beda cs doh, mana nelpon cs bayar, ampe ane isi ulang pulsa abis cmn buat nelpon cs yg payah, undh gitu ane iseng, lupa milih antara cs im3 apa mentari pokoknya yg laen selain yg ane tungguin gada penunggunya itu, ane critain unek2 ane, eh konyolnya dia blg penanganannya beda, payah emg indosat disatuin tp cs dibedain gada guna, sayang aja no bokap ama no ce ane udh pd tau and ce ane males lg gonta ganti kartu jd terpaksa stay ama apa yg ada.
