ini kasus sepele. orang waktu ngaktifkan whatsapp bukan dari nomer yg ada di HH yg terinstall whatsapp jelas ga bisa verifikasi. kecuali HH tersebut sudah terinstall whatsapp yg sudah diverifikasi entah itu pake nomer lain ga masalah
