Decline biasanya kerna sistemnya mendeteksi sesuatu. BRI saya pernah decline tiba-tiba..itu kerna bank gak bisa konfirmasi ke saya dalam waktu sekian menit setelah transaksi.
Kasuistis doang sih... Sampe sekarang masih lancar-lancar aja... Justru kalo decline gitu,saya agak hepi...kerna apa?
