Sejak awal peluncurannya sampai saat ini, Samsung Galaxy Note meraup angka penjualan yang cukup besar. Namun ternyata bukan berarti perangkat tersebut bebas dari masalah. Member forum XDA menemukan bahwa pada layar Galaxy Note terdapat masalah bayangan hitam dan proses rendering video yang tidak sempurna sehingga terlihat seperti bercak-bercak hitam pada layarnya.
Belum diketahui apakah ini masalah pada hardware atau softwarenya saja. Namun tampaknya masalah tersebut cukup mengganggu apalagi untuk pengguna yang suka menonton video di Galaxy Note mereka.
