Di exchange itu di batasi juga total mobile device yg konek ke server. Coba buka outlook web access dan dan di cek di options - mobile phone. Hapus device yg sudah tidak dipakai. Kalau di kantor saya dibatasi setiap account hanya diijinkan 20 mobile device yg connect. Setiap kita wipe android tidak akan menghapus daftar mobile device yg connect ke exchange server. Jadi kita harus hapus manual. Coba buka via owa atau minta bantuan administrator.
