tidak sepenuhnya benar. saya juga pemegang CC BNI MC. dan bisa saya pakai buat belanja di Play Store. at least sampe awal taun ini, soalnya entah kenapa tiba2 ga bisa dipake lagi buat belanja di Play Store. mungkin diblok seperti kata TS. akhirnya saya ganti CC BII MC sampe sekarang
