Tambahan lagi... Saat saya lakukan cara ini sempat stuck di step no.9, karena dibilang account Google saya sudah ada (padahal baru aja factory reset). Dan kalo dilihat di Settings>Account memang tau2 udah ada account yg saya mau masukin dan dibilang gagal tadi. Asumsi saya ini terjadi karena saya factory reset lewat recovery jd gak benar2 bersih (file2 di internal storage gak ikut terhapus kalo wipe data/factory reset lewat recovery).
Buat yg unrooted dan mau factory reset lewat Settings>Backup & Reset, jgn lupa backup juga internal storagenya ke komp karena internal storage ini akan ikut terhapus. Jadi solusinya....hapus lagi aja account tsb dari Settings>Account>pilih google accountnya>menu>remove Account. Setelah itu, balik lagi ke step no. 9 diatas. Biasanya berhasil. Good luck..
