Setelah dapet creditnya, bisa dipake belanja di device lain selama pake account yg sama. Kemarin saya tes belanja dari Gnex juga keluar option pembayaran pake Google Play balance-nya.
Iya bisa buat apps oom. Movies dan books juga kyknya bisa asal pake VPN.
