Beda.. user dictionary itu specific word yang sering digunakan user itu, gak selalu kata itu ada di dictionary bahasa globalnya.. Dan lebih ke kebutuhan Auto complete, bukan autotext.
Kalo autotext itu maksudnya yang kita bisa ketik kombinasi huruf spesifik, nanti jadinya akan beda sama sekali... Misalnya ketik "rcsiggy" jadinya signature kaya dibawah (karena di set seperti itu. Atau bisa juga ketik kombinasi qw untuk jadi ² dll...
