Random terjadinya, ada yg bkn dari hasil kejahatan tp kena limit. Itu krn pakai personal payment, sblmnya sy pakai personal terus tp lht ada bbrp kasus akhirnya pakai services, ya meski ada potongan tp lebih aman.
