deskripsi " Customization Center " kan belum jelas juga om. imo, idealnya cuma semacam theme atau launcher jadi secara system tetap vannilla tapi tampilan bisa sesuai OEM. jadi layaknya launcher/theme kalau ada update dari ROM maka mereka yg harusnya menyesuaikan, bukan ROM-nya dan kalaupun gak sesuai yg error launchernya bukan ROMnya which tinggal diswitch ke "launcher" lain kalau kejadian.
