kayaknya tanpa aplikasi juga bisa di galtab 7" saya, asal dicentang wifi on dan gsm data on keduanya begitu ada sinyal wifi terdaftar di galtab pasti wifi yg diutamakan begitu sinyal wifi melemah atau menjauh otomatis pindah ke mode data gsm klo pake SF andro 4" harus di konek wifinya jadi mungkin ini tergantung gadgetnya yg mana setting diutamakan
