wipe ext dibutuhkan oleh ROM yang baru buat mengenali partisi awal SDcard seperti pas baru abis di partisi. klo gak di wipe takutnya ROM yang lama pernah merubah format partisinya dengan script/file. jadi dianjurkan biar gak terjadi error di ROM yang baru. dan gak perlu kok partisi lagi kecuali ROMnya minta dipartisi dengan ukuran tertentu untuk app2sd dan keperluan ROM baru lainnya.
