kecewanya bukan karena kualitas barang atau tertipu, tapi pada pelayanan
penjualannya, untuk toko online dan offline sebesar Jaknote yang sudah
memiliki customer yg sangat banyak saya rasa pelayanan secara offline-nya
sangat tidak baik, terakhir ke jaknote adalah hari jum'at minggu lalu, saya
sempatkan diri jam makan siang untuk datang ke lokasi toko di pertokoan
sentral park, dari start pendaftaran sampai di panggil saya harus menunggu
selama 2 jam, namun pd saat di panggil,
cs : "adapter untuk ainolnya lagi habis pak, nanti dikirim, mau diambil
atau tidak ga apa-apa pak, atau mau ganti ainol flame?"
tanpa kata maaf sedikit pun, saya sudah menuggu 2 jam namun
pelayanannya seperti itu,
saya : "apakah adapter flame = aurora2?"
CS : "sama"
saya: "ya udah knp ga dikasih yang punya flame aja?"
CS : "wah ga bisa pak karena sudah sepaket, ya kl bapak mau ok, ga mau juga
tidak apa-apa"
saya : "ya udah mas ga jadi" (dengan perasaan kesal dan marah)
