hmm ... kayanya beda deh fungsi-nya .. apps yang ini untuk mematikan media scan pada saat awal booting, sehingga mempercepat proses booting ..
ada apps lain yang memaksa Handset kita untuk menjalankan media scan .. btw : kalau baca di forum-forum, sepertinya ini problem umum di JB ya ? saya pake JB stock jalan dengan baik, tapi kalau pakai ROM JB lain jadi gak keluar foto dan musiknya ..
