1. Terhapus. 2. Contacts, kalau sudah di google account semua berarti aman. Data pribadi seperti dokumen, musik, video, foto, dll. History chat di tiap aplikasi chat seperti Whatsapp, LINE, dll. Kalau saya sih selain sms ya cuma backup itu.
3. Kurang tau, saya biasanya beda-beda tools nya.
