Om transaksinya di web eBay ato di web lain yg pmbyrnnya menggunakan paypal?
Jika transaksinya di eBay seharusnya tdk serumit itu.. Krn mmg ada buyer protection jadi claim agak mudah. Nah jika di website lain, mmg agak rumit... Sebaiknya ke kantor pos aja yg lebih enak. Lbh enak jika ada kenalan org dalam pos...cukup minta stempel aza, td tangan yg berwenang itu "gampang" Mungkin draft suratnya bisa kita yg buat, dan diserahkan ke org pos...tapi sblmnya kita jelaskan dulu masalahnya apa.dan perlu diperhatikan suratnya dibuat bilingual dlm agar pihak paypal dapat membaca dan memeriksa keaslian kop surat dan stempel.
