Oh itu tergantung kebijaksanaan manjemennya, khususnya bagian pemasarannya, apakah membawahi pelayanan atau tidak. Kalau membawahi, biasanya produk BM akan dimahalkan dan tidak diprioritaskan, walaupun selagi membuat perjanjian dengan pemegang merek, tidak boleh dibedakan. Malahan ada yang berani menolak, dengan berbagai alasan, antara lain, suku cadang, tidak tersedia, coba saja beberapa minggu lagi, akhirnya si pengguna bosan dan memperbaikinya di pelayanan umum.
