Coba kunjungi wallet versi web dari desktop/laptop. saya pernah ngalamin kartu kredit diblokir dr wallet karena dikira cc fraud. tapi bisa dibuka dengan beberapa step dari situ, salah satunya adalah dengan ngirim billing tagihan cc dan kartu identitas. siapa tahu bro ardi mengalami hal yg sama dengan saya..
