Itu adalah folder virtual dari picasa(cloud). Jadi seolah2 kita mempunyai file2 tersebut,padahal file sebenarnya ada di picasa(cloud nya google). Kalo mau disable fitur tersebut bisa non aktifkan google photo sync. Galery > menu (titik2 yg di kanan atas) > settings > google photo sync.
