Sedih juga kalo dibilang buruh Indonesia dibilang ga produktif.. Ditempat saya bekerja pegawai yang di katakan "buruh" bisa kok produktif, dengan memberikan kesejahteraan yang layak (gaji jauh diatas ump, tempat tinggal, listrik, air, pengobatan, pajak penghasilan dan transportasi gratis + penyesuaian gaji tiap tahun sesuai dengan tingkat inflasi) rata² produksi tiap tahun selalu diatas kapasitas terpasang pabrik. Tapi ya memang kembali ke mental SDMnya masing² sih.. Tapi saya yakin buruh Indonesia dengan penanganan yang tepat bisa kok "produktif". :D.
