Hehehe... mungkin disini maksudnya "hak merek" kali yah.. instansinya kan US
Patent and Trademark Office (dirjen paten dan merek).
Kalo hak cipta = copyright, yg dilindungi yaitu hak atas ciptaan karya seni
dll, kaya lagu, puisi, lukisan dll.

Pihak Integra menyambut gembira keputusan USPTO untuk melindungi hak
ciptanya dan menyarankan agar Google berkonsultasi dengan mereka.
Sedangkan pihak Google hanya menyatakan, mereka akan terus berusaha
