Beberapa Program ada yg menyertakan tombol Exit bisa diliat di menu aplikasinya, klo ga ada tinggal teken Home aja.... coba masuk ke Setting >> Account & Sysc setting >> Uncheck pada pilihan Background data & Auto-Sync... semoga membantu
