iya euy udah di hardware resetpun masih sama.. cuman anehnya pas di rumah lancar2 aja (sebenarnya dari kemaren rusaknya pas pulang ke rumah mau ke service center eh dia jalan) nih hari ke dua bawa ke kantor lagi dia rusak lagi ... pinjam sim punya temen gak bisa juga, coba sim card di hp temen jalaan nah loo takutnya ntar pas d service center dia jalan :))
