untuk whatsapp, prosedur yang biasa saya pake: 1. set offline/airplane mode 2. dari aplikasi whatsapp, pilih settings >> chat settings >> backup conversation 3. masih di offline/airplane mode, hubungkan perangkat ke laptop/komputer, copy seluruh folder whatsapp ke komputer 4. update firmware 5. setelah selesai update firmware, copy balik folder whatsapp dari komputer ke perangkat 6. install ulang whatsapp, verifikasi ulang nomer/akun, nanti whatsapp akan mendeteksi keberadaan backup dan menawarkan untuk restore... done
