Splash itu cuma "kecipratan" loh bro.. Kalau hujan-hujanan, bisa dianggap dicelup, term-nya "waterproof". Pernah coba case sepeda yang ditulis water-resistant (splash proof), begitu ditaruh dibawah air kran menyala, masuk airnya. :)
