memang perlindungan konsumen di indonesia ini sangat minim yaa... persis dengan keluhan temen aku, hampir tiap hari terima unknown number, saat minta bantuan ke operator utk mengetahui nomor tsb, dijawab tidak bisa... lebih baik ganti nomor saja... padahal nomor paska ini sdh dipakai 14 tahun heehee,...
hanya bisa mengalah dan bersabar...
