beda, om... hTC pakai AOSP, jadi masih kudu disesuaikan dulu kernel nya biar bisa sesuai. ini sih cuma gimmick hTC aja, supaya keliatan kalo dia disupport google.
jikalau dan andaikata google push update 4.3 di S4 misalnya, HTC ONE bakal masih nunggu dulu sampe AOSP - nya dikeluarin sama google. kalo gak, ya tetep nunggu. gimmick market nya hTC aja... sekadar sense-less.
