Setuju, mau XL, mau IndoSat sama, sudah dilaporkan, sudah ditanggapi, tetapi kenyataannya tetap begitu. XL di lantai bawah rumah saya, mati total. Matrix di lantai bawah hanya kadang2 bisa terima telepon dan terima SMS, untuk menelpon, mengirim SMS, tidak bisa, apalagi internet an. Anehnya, yang sedang dipermasalahkan oleh umum, yaitu TRI, masih bisa digunakan normal di lantai bawah rumah, baik untuk telepon, SMS, juga internet an.
